Spicy Seafood Risotto
Made With Condensed Tomato Soup
Spice up your seafood with this tomato flavoured risotto.
Ingredients
- Can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup with 205ml water (to make 500ml in total)
- paella rice 185g
- 1 x small white onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves cut/crushed
- 1 fish stock cube
- 300g fish pie mix
- 75g small, cooked prawns
- 1 heaped tsp extra hot chilli powder (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok, add garlic and onion and fry until brownStep 2
Add fish pie mix and prawns, fry for 3-4 minsStep 3
Add the tomato soup, water, and fish stock cubeStep 4
Add paella rice and extra hot chilli powderStep 5
Stir in and bring to the boilStep 6
Lower heat and simmer for 20 mins or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionallyStep 7
Add more water if necessary during cooking
