Spaghetti with Mushroom and Bacon Sauce
Made With Condensed Mushroom Soup
A carby, creamy bowl of goodness!
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 200 gm bacon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 295g cream of mushroom Condensed Soup
- ½ can milk
- 300g dry spaghetti, cooked
- Rocket salad to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium to large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bacon and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.Step 2
Stir in Campbell’s Soup plus ½ can milk, bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Step 3
Cook pasta following directions, drain and stir through sauce.Step 4
Serve with Rocket salad.
