Pork Chops with a Creamy Mushroom & Garlic Sauce
Made With Condensed Mushroom Soup
Making a delicious Mushroom & Garlic Sauce for your pork chops doesn't get much easier than this
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 180ml milk
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.Step 2
Add the pork and cook until brown on both sides, stir in the soup, milk and minced garlic and bring to the boil stirring frequently.Step 3
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.Step 4
Serve with mashed potato and mixed vegetables.
