Pepperoni and Tomato Pasta
Made With Condensed Tomato Soup
This pepperoni and tomato pasta is the perfect warming weekday dinner that can be rustled up quickly and enjoyed thoroughly.
Ingredients
- 2 portions of pasta
- Approx. 6" pepperoni, finely sliced.
- Half a yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2-4 mushrooms, finely sliced
- Half tsp basil
- Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
- Quarter pint of milk
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to pack.Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the onion, pepper, tomato, and pepperoni for 2-3 minutes.Step 3
Add tomatoes, basil and Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup.Step 4
Once boiling, lower to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, slowing adding extra milk as it thickens.Step 5
Remove from heat and toss through pasta, serve immediately.
