Campbell’s Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce
Made With Condensed Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 500g (4) pork loin steaks
- 1 tblsp oil
- 1 brown onion, chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 x 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Method
Step 1
Heat a medium to large frypan over high heat. Add oil to pan and cook pork for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.Step 2
Meanwhile add onion and garlic to the pan. Cook for 1 min, add Campbell’s soup and milk, stir until combined return pork and resting juices, bring to a simmer. Cook until all heated through.Step 3
Serve with steamed vegetables.
