Ingredients

  • 450g minced beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
  • 250ml hot tomato sauce
  • 125ml (4floz) milk
  • 6 flour tortillas (8-inch) or 8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 110g grated cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

Method

  • Step 1

Cook the beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Step 2

Stir the soup, hot tomato sauce, milk, tortillas and half the cheese in the frying pan to combine, then spoon the beef mixture into a 2 litre baking dish. Cover the baking dish.
  • Step 3

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Step 4

Perfect served with a side salad.
